Dionysios is the founder of Access Properties, a Greater Boston investment company established in 2022, specializing in acquiring and managing real estate to deliver exceptional returns for its members.
A Registered Investment Advisor and Realtor, Dionysios brings over 15 years of experience in international development finance and investment banking, with a focus on debt capital markets. He holds a bachelor's degree from Boston College and graduate degrees from the Sir John Cass Business School and the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.
Jason Choi
Director
Jason Choi (최문규), born and raised in South Korea, brings over 12 years of experience in corporate finance and investment advisory. Also as a Realtor, he combines his analytical expertise and communication skills to provide strategic guidance to members in the real estate market.
A proud graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Jason is dedicated to helping clients achieve their investment goals with professionalism and meticulous attention to detail. Outside of work, he enjoys cycling, rock climbing, and running with his three daughters. He also actively serves his community as a notary public, swim official, and rock-climbing judge.
Paulino Oliveira de Jesus
Construction Manager
With 25+ years of experience in construction and project management, Paulino Oliveira de Jesus specializes in high-quality renovations and developments. Holding a degree in Civil Construction Engineering from Brazil and certifications in Occupational Safety (NR-18, NR-35) and Project Management (PMP), he ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Paulo excels in budgeting, team leadership, and regulatory compliance, transforming client visions into lasting structures. At Access Properties LLC, he leads construction operations with precision, delivering quality results that add long-term value.
